The Experience

The Reset Ritual is an invitation to find stillness, quiet the mind, and set intentions for the month ahead. Thoughtfully curated as a gentle refresh for the body and the mind, it's an evening designed to send you into your month with more energy and greater clarity.

We begin with gentle fascial release and breathwork to soften held tension and settle the nervous system. From there, guided journaling creates space to set your intentions and release the mental blocks that may be surfacing. The evening closes with a guided meditation and sound bath, allowing intentions and release work to integrate fully. Afterward, you're welcome to linger, stay for tea, and gather.

Availability is limited. Join us for this intimate experience, a chance to clear the outside noise and amplify your own voice and intuition.

ABOUT MISSONI LANZA

Missoni Lanza is a movement specialist, sound facilitator, and intuitive whose work is an invitation to slow down and notice what usually goes unnoticed: how we move, how we live, and our own inner landscape.

Sixteen years and some thirty thousand hours of teaching have shaped that belief into practice. She has founded two Pilates studios, mentors movement professionals at every stage of their craft, and created immersive experiences for Wilson Tennis, Lululemon, Marriott, and more. Palm Springs Life has named her among its 40 Under 40. She is known for a precise eye, a deep understanding of the body, and the genuine care she brings to every experience.

Her Signature Experiences weave movement, breathwork, sound, and intuitive guidance into a single immersive practice. She also offers intuitive readings guided by her signature tarot portraits, and hosts the podcast Shape of Thought, an exploration of how our ideas shape the architecture of our lives.

What she offers is an invitation to quiet the outside noise, savor one's own time and have the audacity to take the long way.
