Our Story
The name Kora comes from a Tibetan Buddhist practice of circumambulation, a meditative act of walking around a sacred object. The practice itself becomes a form of reflection, a return inward.
Inspired by this ritual, Kora represents circling back to oneself through intentional movement, breath, and presence.
The Essence of Kora
The Essence of Kora
At Kora, we believe yoga is an inward practice. One that invites presence, steadiness, and connection beyond performance and perfection.
Here, we live in the space between effort and ease. Where alignment builds strength, breath creates clarity, and restoration resets the nervous system. It is a space to connect with yourself and community, no matter where you are on your journey.
That philosophy shapes every aspect of the experience. Guided by what matters to us most — community, presence, considered experience, and Saucha — the studio is intentionally designed to remove decision fatigue and offer more than movement. The physical practice becomes a doorway into awareness. The journey to your mat begins before you enter the studio, inviting you to arrive grounded and fully immersed. A practice meant to carry that presence into daily life.
Kora is for those seeking a grounded, energizing yoga experience that supports their whole life, not just their time on the mat.
This is Kora.
