Kelly teaches yoga with creativity and the belief that movement can help us come home to ourselves. Drawing from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and her background in the arts, she creates classes that invite students to slow down, explore, and move with intention. As a Master's Art Therapy student, Kelly prioritizes the bottom-up healing nature of yoga in her Vinyasa and Yin classes. Her hope is that everyone leaves feeling a little more grounded than when they arrived.

McKayla Smith

McKayla believes that a yoga practice helps people know and care for themselves a little better, so they can show up more fully for the people around them. As Studio Coordinator, she’s often the first face you’ll see at Kora, greeting members, answering questions, and resetting the space between classes to help you settle in with ease.

McKayla has practiced yoga since 2015 and completed her 200-hour RYT in 2020. She is now pursuing her Master’s in Counseling, with a focus on somatic and body-based approaches, and is fascinated by the mind-body connection. Off the mat, you’ll most likely find her walking around the neighborhood with her pup Bentley, hiking in the mountains, or reading a book with a cozy cup of tea.
